Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Property Management Department as a Sustainable Property Management Intern. The successful candidate will assist our team in achieving our sustainability goals by supporting property owners in implementing environmentally responsible practices and management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Review association financials to identify opportunities for cost savings and suggest improvements to building improvement projects.
  • Sustainability Research: Conduct research to support property management initiatives and identify new ways to incorporate sustainability concepts throughout our portfolio.
  • Presentations: Develop and present recommendations to property owners and stakeholders on how to improve sustainability and reduce environmental impact.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Property Management Department, including organizing Dropbox folders and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Efficiency: Identify opportunities to systematize and improve office functioning and efficiency, and make recommendations to management.
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously and work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective written and verbal communication skills, and ensure accurate and timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks.
  • Customer Focus: Relentless customer focus and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
