About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Account Manager to join our team at Resolute Management. As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in handling and coordinating activities involving environmental, asbestos, and latent type claims.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyze and investigate new loss notices and claim tenders to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with policy search teams to locate copies of alleged coverage where applicable.
  • Quickly analyze and position claims under applicable primary, umbrella, and excess coverage.
  • Coordinate the retention of defense counsel with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Establish defense strategies with insureds, defense counsel, and/or other participating insurance carriers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative office environment.

Required qualifications include a BA/BS degree, preferably with a J.D. or CPCU designation. Minimum 5 years of experience in private practice asbestos or similar toxic tort litigation is also required.
