About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a RPA Automation Specialist to join our SEC team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs.
  • Creation of technical documentation required for automation development.
  • Participate in technical reviews to ensure the highest level of process design and process understanding prior to automation.
  • Develop, design, and test automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
  • Support the launch and implementation of RPA processes.
  • Troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices.
  • Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in software development.

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

  • Experience in Agile Software Development projects.
  • Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (AA2011 or higher).

Additional Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience implementing Robotic Process Automation technologies (e.g., Blue Prism, Ui Path, Pega), specifically Automation Anywhere (version 10 & above).
  • 2+ years of experience in any of the following programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript.
  • Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.
