Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Instructional Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic and personal growth of students. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Instructional Assistant Test required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $38,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
