Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Direct and manage daily operations of reaction and blending processes to achieve production targets. Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Strong commitment to safety and experience in implementing safety protocols.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a combination of strategic and tactical thinking.
  • Strong communication skills to foster relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
