Main Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Direct and manage daily operations of reaction and blending processes to achieve production targets. Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Team Development: Motivate, mentor, and develop a high-caliber production team. Promote a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. Advocate for a safety-first mindset within the team.

- Strong commitment to safety and experience in implementing safety protocols.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a combination of strategic and tactical thinking.
- Strong communication skills to foster relationships across all levels of the organization.
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
