Job Summary

Under the direction of the Aquatics Director or Senior Program Director, the lifeguard provides exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe swimming environment in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
  • Maintain safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas
  • Create a positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all

Requirements:

  • Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification
  • Minimum 16 years of age
  • Successful background screening, including criminal and drug screening
