Parker Hannifin Corporation Parker Aerospace Group is seeking a skilled Assembly and Test Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test components using mechanical skills, hand and power tools, and mechanical/electronic tools.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, and quality directives to ensure accurate assembly and testing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of assembly/test or related experience or demonstrated ability to perform the described responsibilities.
- Manual dexterity and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Effective English verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
