At L'Oréal, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Florence Manufacturing facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining processing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with processing equipment
  • Rebuild and repair valves, mills, pumps, and mechanical seals to ensure proper functioning
  • Work on and troubleshoot controls, systems, transmitters, indicators, relays, starters, and drives to maintain equipment performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventative maintenance programs and improve equipment reliability
  • Perform confined space entry inside tanks as needed for seal repair and maintenance
Requirements:
  • Minimum years' experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting (education plus experience, including military technical training)
  • Knowledge of sanitary processing equipment and preventative maintenance programs
  • Experience using Microsoft office applications and ability to read and understand P&IDs
  • Ability to work on and troubleshoot controls, systems, transmitters, indicators, relays, starters, and drives
  • Willingness to perform confined space entry inside tanks as needed for seal repair
