Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer 5 to join our team at System One. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and constructing HVAC and plumbing systems in various facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in designing construction activities including traditional Design-Bid-Build and Alternative Conceptual-Bid-Build. Proficiency in Data Center airflow CFD modeling for interior and exterior spaces is also essential.

In this role, you will support areas such as Administrative, Warehouse, Maintenance, Workshop, Laboratory, Chemical Storage & Handling, Electrical Distribution Center, Low & Medium Voltage Switchgear, Pump Areas, Engine Generator, Blowers/Air Compressors, and Flammable & Combustible Liquids Storage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and construct HVAC and plumbing systems in various facilities
  • Design construction activities including traditional Design-Bid-Build and Alternative Conceptual-Bid-Build
  • Design HVAC and plumbing systems for HyperScale and Colocation Data Centers
  • Support areas such as Administrative, Warehouse, Maintenance, Workshop, Laboratory, Chemical Storage & Handling, Electrical Distribution Center, Low & Medium Voltage Switchgear, Pump Areas, Engine Generator, Blowers/Air Compressors, and Flammable & Combustible Liquids Storage
  • Conduct Data Center airflow CFD modeling for interior and exterior spaces
  • Conduct energy audit/efficiency studies, code review/application, and sustainable design/LEED application of sustainable strategies

Salary Information

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
