Job Description

This position is a unique opportunity for a recent law school graduate to join TriHealth's in-house Legal Team as an Administrative Fellow. The Fellow will work closely with all members of the team to gain valuable experience and skills in healthcare law.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on legal issues related to general healthcare law and regulatory matters.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, including vendor purchasing agreements, service agreements, employment agreements, and lease agreements.
  • Attend legal and operational strategy meetings to stay informed and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Review and revise corporate policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Shadow attorneys during conference calls and meetings to gain insight into their work and develop professional relationships.
Requirements
  • May 2024 graduate of an accredited law school with strong academic performance.
  • Prefer candidates interested in pursuing a career in health law with coursework aligned and prior job experience in healthcare law or related industries.
  • Corporate legal departments and demonstrated professional development activities are a plus.
