Role Summary
The Store Operations Manager is responsible for inspiring and leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving ethical business growth. This position encompasses the management of various business facets, including sales, operational oversight, store systems, and automotive expertise to assist customers effectively. Key responsibilities include nurturing commercial customer relationships, meeting financial targets, and maintaining high service standards. This role requires a commitment of at least 50 hours per week.

Experience & Qualifications
Successful applicants generally have 2-3 years of management experience in a dynamic retail setting and exhibit strong financial understanding. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, while a degree in a business-related field is beneficial.
Licenses & Certifications
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, with ASE certification being a plus. Physical fitness is essential to meet job demands, and flexibility in work hours is required.
This position offers eligibility for sales commissions based on individual or store performance.
