As a key member of our kitchen operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, operating large electric machines, and performing various tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Summary:

As a Banquet Service Professional, you will perform a variety of duties to maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and facilities in a clean and orderly condition. This includes sweeping and mopping floors, operating dishwashers and other machinery, washing worktables and equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweeps and mops floors regularly to maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Operates electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, and trash compactors.
  • Cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
  • Removes trash and garbage, and cleans garbage cans.
  • Washes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment.
  • Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Assists with banquet table setup and front-of-house preparation.
