Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) to join our team at BrightStar Care of Naples & Ft. Myers. As a C.N.A, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes, working one-on-one to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, taking and recording vital signs, and assisting with height and weight measurements, if necessary
  • Provide care according to the patient's plan of care, and assistance with daily tasks, including feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively
  • Minimum one (1) year experience
  • Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
  • Empathy for the needs of the client
  • Treats clients, staff, and the public with courtesy, and respect and presents a positive public image
  • Works as a team member
  • Ensures confidentiality and security of the client's medical information
