We are currently in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Studio Manager to elevate our Wellesley Studio.
Position Overview:
The Studio Manager for Wellesley plays a crucial role in guiding a committed team and fostering an atmosphere that encourages growth, excellence, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be well-acquainted with B/SPOKE's ethos, brand identity, and local community. A strong passion for fitness and wellness, coupled with prior experience in leadership or management roles, is essential. Experience in sectors such as retail, hospitality, or fitness is highly desirable.
This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring 50% on-site presence at the Wellesley Studio and 50% remote work. The schedule will be flexible and dynamic, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Development: Oversee the recruitment, training, and growth of front desk personnel, studio leads, and other key staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Promote a positive team environment that values diversity and collaboration, leading by example and embodying our core values.
- Studio Management and Financial Oversight: Effectively manage studio budgets, track revenue and expenses, and provide comprehensive financial reports. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance studio performance and inform strategic planning. Create and implement innovative strategies to attract clients and increase revenue through digital channels, events, and partnerships.
- Client Experience Management: Ensure that every client interaction exemplifies our commitment to excellence by advocating for outstanding customer service. Enhance client engagement and loyalty through creative initiatives and maintain a welcoming, inclusive studio atmosphere to foster long-term relationships. Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency within the studio.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various departments to align studio initiatives with organizational objectives and ensure the effective execution of programs.
- Community Engagement: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to boost brand visibility and community involvement, managing sponsorship agreements that align with our values.
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a proven capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 USD
- Quarterly Performance Bonus: $1,250 USD ($5,000 annually)
