A genuine and kind disposition is essential, along with the ability to accept constructive feedback. While flexible scheduling is preferred, it is not mandatory. We value team players who can bring enthusiasm and energy to the workplace while remaining focused and diligent. Strong communication skills are necessary, and while prior experience is preferred, it is not required.
