ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Leasing Agent, your daily routine involves welcoming visitors, sharing insights about our community, and engaging in leasing functions. Your meticulous nature will aid you in clarifying rental policies and managing the workflow of applications, rental agreements, and move-in documentation. Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Tenant Tech will enable you to accurately input data and generate comprehensive reports.

Your passion for customer interaction and diverse tasks will contribute to a positive experience for our residents. Collaboration with the Resident Manager is key, as you will support their daily operations and contribute to the overall success of Carla Properties.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of leasing experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Sales experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with Yardi and Tenant Tech is advantageous.

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position requires weekend availability, with a total of 39 hours per week. The schedule is set from Friday to Tuesday, with Tuesday and Wednesday designated as days off. Typical working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 5 PM on weekends.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is between $3,800 and $4,300 per month.
