About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our team at the Leola Regional Fulfillment Center. As an Order Selector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate selection and packing of orders for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
  • Receive and process Distribution Center stock products
  • Perform inventory controls and maintain quality standards
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Report any discrepancies and communicate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Operate and maintain Distribution Center vehicles and equipment
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
Requirements
  • Able to sit, stand, bend, twist, and turn body as needed for 8-10 hours per day
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Physically able to operate pallet jacks
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Good organizational and time management skills
Physical Demands and Abilities
  • Regularly required to use hands and arms for grabbing, pulling, pushing
  • Reach and/or lift materials above head
  • Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs
  • Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100lbs with assistance
About the Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $18.00 per hour, plus up to $3.50 incentive pay, as well as a comprehensive benefits program, including 401(k) matching, employee assistance program, flexible schedule, and more.

About the Schedule

We have two available shifts: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm, and Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm, with the possibility of part-time shifts available.
