We are seeking a highly skilled High-End Property Management Specialist to join our team and assist in the management of a high-end luxury property. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring resident satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize occupancy and maintain budgeted financial goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of leasing consultants and maintenance professionals.
  • Foster strong resident relations by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining open communication.
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and manage contract negotiations.
">Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in property management.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and cultivate a positive work culture.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and reporting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with fair housing regulations and compliance requirements.
