Leading Multifamily Property Manager for Denver Communities

About the Role
">Hudson Grove Property Management is seeking a skilled Senior Property Manager to oversee our multifamily communities in the southwest Denver area.
This full-time position involves leading a team, managing property operations, and maintaining positive relationships with residents.
As a key member of our team, you will analyze reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance revenue and occupancy levels.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the general cleanliness of common areas and enhancing curb appeal.
The ideal candidate has at least 4+ years of progressive property management experience, solid team supervisory skills, and excellent organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onsite teams and ensure they meet position milestones
- Build genuine connections with residents while maintaining a positive relationship from tour to move-out
- Analyze and prepare weekly and monthly reports, meeting or exceeding revenue and expense expectations
- Enhance curb appeal and maintain general cleanliness of common areas
- Reference experience in achieving acceptable levels of occupancy, renewal, and market rates
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
- Help implement retention initiatives for team members and residents
Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of progressive property management experience
- Solid team supervisory skills and above-average organization abilities
- Excellent verbal skills, attendance record, and ability to respond to local, state, and federal housing laws
- Demonstrated initiative and problem resolution with a customer service focus
- Experience working with Google Suite and property management accounting platforms like Yardi & Rent Café
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish is a plus
Compensation Package:
We offer a total annual compensation of $86,500 to $93,000, including a base salary of $79,000 to $83,000, quarterly bonuses between $1,375 to $1,975 (or more), and a $2,000 hiring bonus.
A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are required for consideration.
