Position Overview

Work Hours: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Compensation: $20.00 per hour, paid weekly

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a distribution center environment
  • Experience with inventory management, including cycle counting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team setting that values hard work and enjoyment
  • Possesses a valid forklift certification or can successfully complete the written and practical forklift assessments
  • Capable of working autonomously while adhering to established procedures and guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate a team to achieve operational goals
  • Able to train team members on safe equipment usage and maintenance
  • Proficient in basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and able to pass the company math assessment
