We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Manager Alterations to join our team at David's Bridal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all alterations meet the highest standards.

About the Job

This is a part-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $15.00-$15.20 per hour. As a Customer Experience Manager Alterations, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for managing the alteration process, from receiving garments to delivering finished products.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
  • Prior sewing experience is helpful

Job Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate how alterations can play an important role in perfecting the dress for her event in partnership with Alterations.
  • Promote all alterations services and personalization options.
  • Maintain store-standards (clean, organized, promotional readiness, store recovery) to support a flawless shopping experience.
  • Maintain high dress code standards as required by the Dress Code policy.
  • Greet and escort all alterations customers to and from alterations for appointments.
