About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the position of Digital Sales Consultant at Prosper Ford. As a Digital Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with potential and existing customers through online channels, managing the online sales pipeline, and performing high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehicles.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of digital sales strategies, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Additionally, the candidate should have proven experience in internet sales or online customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing customers through email, chat, and phone interactions to convert leads into sales.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in's and the out's of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
  • Manage the online sales pipeline, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and follow-ups to nurture prospects and close deals.
  • Coordinate test drives, online appointments, and vehicle delivery logistics, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day

Requirements:
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Proven experience in internet sales or online customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product in's and out's, eager to improve
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple customer inquiries, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient with digital sales tools, CRM systems, and online chat platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Estimated Salary:$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
Bonus:Up to 15% of annual salary based on performance
