Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at BGSF, Property Management. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective tenants, helping them find their new home or renew their leasing contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties as needed, including answering the phone, making coffee, and filing.
  • Customer service responsibilities, including working with residents to resolve concerns and submitting service requests.
  • Touring the community and apartment homes.
  • Selling and leasing apartment inventory.
  • Assisting with completion of required application and lease paperwork.
  • Assisting with marketing as needed.
  • Assisting with community events and resident retention.

Requirements:

  • Leasing experience is a plus.
  • Software requirements may apply – Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, etc.
  • Fair Housing knowledge is required.
  • Dependable transportation to and from work.
  • A strong work ethic with reliability and dependability.
  • Ability and desire to jump in and assist with other community projects.
  • Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.
  • Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and customers.
