About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Learning Partner. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of young children's early reading, math, and social-emotional skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ongoing development of children's early literacy and numeracy skills through engaging and interactive activities.
  • Work closely with a team of educators to enhance daily activities and promote a nurturing environment for young learners.
  • Build strong relationships with caregivers, including parents, guardians, and early childhood educators, to support their role in promoting children's development.
  • Participate in coaching and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
  • Represent our organization at school events and share your experience with the community to raise awareness about the importance of early childhood education.
Requirements
  • Dependable and able to maintain good attendance.
  • Able to understand and follow instructions.
  • Open to making improvements based on feedback.
  • Energized by young learners and committed to helping them discover new things.
  • Eager to work collaboratively with the classroom teaching team.
  • Competent with basic computer skills.
  • Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
  • 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
  • Able to successfully complete a background check.
