Facility Maintenance Specialist

Sam's Club is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Custodian Associate to join our team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and associates. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store's parking lot, restrooms, and floors are well-maintained.
The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, take pride in their work, and be comfortable with change and adaptability. You will also prioritize member satisfaction and maintain a positive attitude throughout your shift.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary.
- Cleaning all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles.
- Maintaining appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include experience in facilities management, customer service, or a related field. The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00, depending on location and experience.
