Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Member Experience Registrar to join our team at the Greater Philadelphia YMCA. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing membership registrations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage membership registrations, including processing payments and updating member information.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about YMCA programs and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and member-centric experience.
  • Stay current on YMCA policies, procedures, and programs to provide expert guidance to members.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with customer service software and systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
