Position Details:
Location: Mcallen, TX
Compensation: $14.88 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:
As a Production Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for:
1. Setting up machinery and ensuring all necessary production materials are readily available.
2. Operating and monitoring equipment while replenishing materials as required.
3. Conducting visual inspections of production runs and documenting results.
4. Identifying and reporting any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
5. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of equipment and assigned work areas.

Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of general work experience required; prior experience in production or manufacturing machine operation is preferred.
Skills: Ability to operate manufacturing equipment, knowledge of industrial technology is a plus, and basic math skills along with reading comprehension are essential.

Safety Requirements:
All personnel will undergo temperature monitoring prior to entering the facility. Face coverings are mandatory at all times while on site. Proper attire includes:
- Non-logo tee shirts in red, black, or grey.
- Non-logo baseball caps if applicable.
- Appropriate safety footwear is required (steel toe, puncture-resistant sole, and above-the-ankle protection).

Footwear Specifications:
1. Must be puncture resistant (Kevlar bottom).
2. Class 75 protective toe is required.
3. Slip-resistant soles that meet Mark II LS-oily/wet test at .35 or higher, with a minimum height of 6 inches.

Note:
All footwear must comply with safety standards, and low-cut shoes are not permitted. This position requires adherence to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
