Job Summary

Nordstrom Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Beauty Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our beauty team, you will play a dual role-part artist, part teacher, and be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with customers who have a passion for the latest cosmetics, beauty, and fragrance trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers in the store, suggest new styles, and check in with them later to invite them to exclusive events and promotions.
  • Product Knowledge: Give honest, tactful feedback and guidance to customers on beauty products.
  • Sales Performance: Set and exceed company and personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
  • Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
  • Event Management: Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
  • Team Collaboration: Be a great team player by doing your part to keep the department ready for its close-up, including stocking, re-merchandising, display, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning.
