**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Custodian I/II to join our team.

**Responsibilities:**

* Maintain a clean and safe environment for students and staff
* Operate and maintain various equipment, including buffers, rug cleaners, vacuums, and floor strippers
* Perform heavy work, including working from ladders or scaffolds
* Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heating, cooling, and sewage treatment systems

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to communicate, read, write, and follow written and oral instructions
* Knowledge of custodian methods, procedures, and safety principles
* Good health and physical ability to perform heavy work

**Reports to:**
School Principal, Supervisor of Maintenance

**Contract:**
210 days
