Job Description

At Qualitative Financials, we are seeking an experienced Insurance Compliance Specialist to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity in NY, USA.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance. They should be familiar with insurance policy and claims systems, as well as US insurance compliance regulations such as ISO, regulatory, and statutory reporting.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and experience with SQL databases to analyze policy and claims data. Additionally, they should be proficient in Microsoft Excel for data handling and have hands-on experience with data migration and product implementation.

The role requires identifying and analyzing data discrepancies and quality issues, as well as ensuring that issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner. Effective communication and team collaboration skills are essential for this position.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
