Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an Infrastructure Engineer specializing in Microsoft environments, including both On-Premises and Azure cloud solutions.
- Demonstrate extensive hands-on expertise in server management, storage solutions, Windows infrastructure, and networking.
- Provide ongoing support for the Microsoft Windows environment by diagnosing and implementing effective solutions to operational challenges.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a systems administration capacity is essential.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products to assist VDI and desktop users, including Windows 10, Active Directory/Entra, Microsoft 365, ADFS, Azure-AD, and GPO Policies.
- Have a thorough understanding of Windows servers, encompassing OS upgrades and system maintenance and support.
- Responsible for configuring, administering, troubleshooting, and managing company-wide technical issues.
- Relevant certifications (such as Azure, Exchange, etc.) are advantageous.
- Strong documentation skills and experience with Visio diagrams are preferred.
- Ability to support both on-premises environments and remote users effectively.
- Contribute to the professional development of level 1 and level 2 systems operations support teams.
