As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for estimating and working with customers to find the right fit for their HVAC needs. You will also be responsible for developing project scope of work and seeing the job through to the end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate and quote HVAC projects for residential customers
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop project scope of work and manage the project from start to finish
  • Collaborate with the office staff to maintain scheduling and follow up with customers


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
