DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a highly skilled Credit Bureau Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for resolving disputes related to credit reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities- Review and respond to direct and indirect disputes related to credit reporting
- Process fraud and identity theft claims
- Manage departmental email and postal mail
- Anticipate and resolve problems and issues
- Meet all time-sensitive deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
