Mobile Device Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Device Management Administrator to join our team at TEKsystems Global Services. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile device management systems, including software installation, updates, and upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete software installation, updates, and upkeep
- Creation and maintenance of documentation for internal and end-user consumption
- Provide training and knowledge sharing within the department
- Research and recommend new functionality to enhance the end-user experience
- Monitor different environments for issues
- Implement changes to improve the environment, security posture, and user experience
- Maintain and support the integrity of machines in the environment
- Develop and perform unit testing of software deployments and packages
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience supporting hardware repairs
- 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Mac OS
- 2+ years of experience supporting JAMF and Intune
- 3+ years of experience supporting Active Directory
- 2+ years of experience with PowerShell or other batch scripting
- Problem-solving skills with an extreme attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information to a variety of stakeholders
- Maintain effective working relationships
- Working independently and demonstrating initiative
