Job Title: Mac Support Specialist

Omni Inclusive is seeking a highly skilled Mac Support Specialist to join our team. As a Mac Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our corporate teammates and executives, with a focus on Mac Book Pro support and other Apple devices.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2 support to corporate teammates and executives, with a focus on Mac Book Pro support and other Apple devices.
  • Use out-of-the-box thinking and creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues while adhering to corporate standards and policies.
  • Build customer trust by responding to support calls and interacting with customers face-to-face or remotely through telephone, email, or video conferencing.
  • Provide customers with guidance on operating system usage, applications, data backups, data recovery, and compliance with IT Security policies.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the Mac Engineering team on user experience, application compatibility, and usability of toolsets.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Mac support experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with mobile technology and Apple iOS environment, including MDM tools (JAMF, Intune, Configurator).
  • Apple Certified Support Professional certified.
  • Jamf 200 experience.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise applications on macOS, including Jamf self-service, Microsoft Office 365, WebEx, Dropbox, and Zscaler.

  • Ability to assess customers' support needs and provide solutions.
  • Flexibility to rotate through different technical specialties and skill sets.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to make decisions quickly.
  • Maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues.
  • Success in team environments, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members.
  • Strong customer service attitude, empathy, and ability to interact with senior management comfortably and confidently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and professionalism in all situations.
