Responsibilities

As a Therapeutic Care Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans, providing direct patient care, and monitoring progress.
  • Providing education and training to patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
  • Accurately documenting patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

We offer a competitive salary range of $48,500 - $58,500 per year, based on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
