About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. as an In-Home Therapist. In this role, you will work with individuals with mental health and behavioral concerns, providing structured, consistent, and strength-based therapeutic relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the behavioral health needs of our clients.
  • Provide in-home therapy services to children and their families, promoting healthy functioning and effective support systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children and families in a mental health or behavioral health setting.
