Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to address their unique requirements.
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to manage their conditions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience in behavioral health nursing, preferably in an acute care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
