Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive design concepts that meet the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and sales, to ensure seamless design execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
  • Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in aircraft interior design or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Autodesk and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Foreign language proficiency.
  • Experience working with international clients and teams.
