Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and Patrol Premises: Conduct regular patrols of the property to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Report Incidents: Fill out detailed reports of any incidents or suspicious activity.
- Supervise Staff: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 employees.
- Scheduling: Create and manage weekly schedules for staff.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with staff and management to ensure smooth operations.

- Facility Maintenance: Conduct regular checks of doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
- Enforcement: Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.

- Property Scanning: Regularly scan pre-determined points as directed by management.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Payroll and Hiring: Complete weekly payroll and participate in the hiring process for new employees.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related fields.
- Security Equipment Familiarity: Familiarity with security equipment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle a light physical workload, stand, and/or walk assigned patrols.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Grooming Standards: Meet and maintain grooming standards.
- Transportation: Have a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license.
