We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our accounting team at Gusto Group USA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and maintaining our databases.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Enter data from all restaurant locations into our databases (QB).
- Review and verify data information through source documents.
- Monitor and update existing data when required.
- Retrieve data for team members upon request.
- Perform data searches and comply with security backups.
- Assist with mail sorting, filing, and maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations and assist the CFO as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bilingual and ability to analyze and verify data for accuracy.
- Strong understanding of data confidentiality principles and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience working with data-entry software QuickBooks and previous clerical experience in an office environment.
- Computer and office skills, with a high school diploma or higher education.
- Insurance and discounts on all our restaurant locations.
