Join our expanding team at Generations at Applewood, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional care in our new Respiratory/Vent/Complex Care Unit.
We are currently seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) for the following opportunities:
- Full-Time Positions (12-hour shifts) on our Complex Care/Vent Unit - available shifts: 6a-6p or 6p-6a (includes a $2 per hour bonus for working in this specialized unit)
Compensation starts at $38 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour bonus for the Complex Care/Vent Unit. Candidates may opt to waive Full-Time Insurance benefits or Part-Time PTO for a rate of $40 per hour, or $42 per hour for Full-Time waiving all benefits or PRN.
Enjoy a low patient-to-nurse ratio on our Complex Care/Vent Unit, with a Respiratory Therapist available on-site 24/7.
Experience prompt payment with our On-Demand Pay system.

Generations at Applewood is a premier 24-hour rehabilitation and skilled nursing community, committed to delivering quality healthcare services to residents throughout the region. Our facility has recently undergone renovations and features a 30-bed short-term rehab-to-home unit, alongside longer-term care options.
Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be expected to fulfill duties consistent with those of skilled nursing facilities in Illinois.
Qualifications for Registered Nurses (RNs):
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the State of Illinois
- Preferred experience in a Nursing Home or Long-Term Care setting
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Exceptional critical thinking abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA standards
