Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site watch and protection services to assigned posts and designated perimeters.
  • Observe, report, and support client expectations to ensure a secure environment.
  • Report all breaches and incidents in accordance with company protocols.
  • Utilize company scheduling platforms for clock-in and clock-out of scheduled shifts.
  • Evaluate and respond to alerts in the surrounding area with professionalism and adherence to company protocols.
  • Alert supervisors on duty when situations require escalation.
  • Assist fellow security officers with de-escalation techniques when applicable.
  • Follow procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reporting.
Requirements
  • Valid CT Security Guard Card.
  • Minimum 1 year of security guard experience.
  • Exceptional work ethic.
