Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at Saint Joseph's University Medical Center. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the performance of cardiac catheterization procedures, including coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab, including the setup and operation of imaging equipment.
  • Participate in the performance of cardiac catheterization procedures, including coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary interventions.
  • Monitor and maintain patient vital signs during procedures.
  • Assist in the recovery of patients after procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • ARRT(R) (NJ License required), or RCIS certification.
  • BLS certification.
  • ACLS certification preferred.
  • Experience with scrubbing in procedures for cardiac cath and vascular invasive procedures using a Philips x-ray machine.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 7a-530p. No blocked scheduling is required, and may float for Wayne Campus.

  • Can bring own lead aprons but unit will provide as needed.
  • Parking: $50/month; ID badge is $10.
  • If traveler lives within 50 miles of the facility, there will be a rate alteration.
