Speech Language Therapist

HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Augusta, GA.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations.
- Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
