Job Opportunity: Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Ed Garcia - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of our insurance agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Sales and Business Management: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to generate new business and expand our customer base.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by our agency team, handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints and resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Agency Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring compliance with State Farm policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Stay current with State Farm products, services, and processes, conducting regular training sessions and providing resources to team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of sales success and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, software, and technology relevant to the insurance industry.
