Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Identity Governance Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our Identity Management (IdM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the integration of applications into the client’s IdM and IAM framework.
  • Develop automated testing procedures for verifying IdM synchronization mappings.
  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify roadmap, design, and implementation expectations.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams on IGA deployment and maintain communication with on-site stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and validate the deliverables produced by the offshore team to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in ForgeRock IdM and IGA, including deployment, configuration, synchronization, and provisioning.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IGA functionalities and user interfaces, including access requests, access reviews, and object certifications.
  • Significant experience in customizing IdM/IGA deployments.
  • Proficient in REST and GraphQL API integrations.
  • Familiarity with OIDC, FIDO, SSO, session management, and OAuth2 protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of RBAC, scope claim-based access, and policy-based access, along with CI/CD practices and testing automation frameworks.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Spring, and JavaScript.
