As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to patients in post-acute care facilities. This includes:

• Providing individualized care to patients based on their unique needs and preferences
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Monitoring patient outcomes and adjusting care plans as needed
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information

To be successful as a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will need:

• A current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• A diploma from an approved nursing program
• At least 4 months of post-acute or in-patient hospital care experience
