Willow Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians


· Develop and implement individualized patient care plans


· Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs


· Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care


· Provide education and support to patients and their families


· Participate in unit management and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:
