About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working 5 days a week, with excellent pay and benefits. You will have the opportunity to work in a busy and dynamic environment, utilizing your skills and expertise to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and perform imaging procedures using radiopharmaceuticals
- Operate and maintain complex imaging equipment, including gamma cameras and PET scanners
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Develop and implement patient care plans, taking into account individual needs and medical histories
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness
- Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program
- Registered by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) and/or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- 1 year of relevant experience in Nuclear Medicine, preferably in a cardiology practice
